Pet of the Week

Jojo

JoJo is accustomed to a loving home of his own but had to be surrendered when his owner could no longer care for him.  He's about 2 years old and medium-sized, and he's a mellow fellow who just wants someone to love him again. Our staff says he's good with kids and knows some basic commands. The first thing you'll notice about him is his gorgeous black coat with tan coloring on his face, and white on his chest like a tuxedo. Then you'll find that his coat is really soft for petting, and his ears are like velvet. He's an affectionate "leaner" who will gently lean into you to soak up all the loving he can. If you have another dog, please bring them over for a meet-and-greet. We're working with him on his leash training, and he doesn't pull, just wants to be close to you. He prefers to do his business on his walks. He needs to be supervised when he's outside so he doesn't go exploring. He's neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his shots, and ready to start loving you today. JoJo wants to show you what a sweetheart he is... please come see him soon!

Rudolph

It's the holiday season, and what better time to meet Rudolph! Our Rudolph has been a very good girl this year. She came to us as an owner surrender and wasn't happy about losing her home, but with time and plenty of TLC from our staff and volunteers, she has made a lot of progress. Now she seeks out love and pets from our staff and guests. Rudolph is about 5 years old, with a lovely blue and white coat tuxedo coat. When you come to visit us, you'll probably be greeted with her signature meow! Rudolph wants just one thing from Santa -- a loving forever home. Can you make her Christmas dreams come true? Please come see Rudolph!
